Lyndsay is trained in several holistic modalities including:
- Reiki Master
- EFT & TFT (tapping) Practitioner
- Crystal Healing Practitioner
- Angel Reader
- Intuitive Reader
She is also currently enrolled in an angel healing practitioner course and a herbalism for everyone course. Over the years, Lyndsay has invested in herself through life coaching, courses, and retreats, the most recent of which being the “Living Heart Alchemy Artist Residency” at Arco Isis Sanctuary, San Marcos, Guatemala.
Lyndsay takes on clients sporadically but is most interested in developing ways to incorporate these healing practises into her work with poetry. Scribble & Stretch, a yoga and journalling course is an example of this.
